We have the fear of not getting judged and letting personal feelings come into play and we’re not sure if they’re going to be telling us the truth due to the relationship. Born on September 3, 1960, in Nashville, Tennessee, Dave Ramsey is an entrepreneur, author, and radio personality who is a nationally recognized authority on money and business. He is known for hosting his radio program “The Dave Ramsey Show” that discusses topics related to financial freedom. With his outlets such as his podcasts and his blogs, Dave Ramsey is making the most of his platform to help millions of people in regards of their financial problems and to take on a more proactive approach in managing their daily lives. He is known for his empathic approach that connects him well to his audience. His books, EntreLeadership, The Total Money Makeover, More Than Enough, and Financial Peace, are featured on the New York Times bestsellers list respectively. Asides from financial planning, he covers a wide variety of topics that include personal leader ship and life. Who on earth hasn’t heard of Oprah? A global and cultural icon, she has motivated and inspired millions of people around the world with her story. Born into poverty, Oprah Winfrey struggled in her early years with her teenage mother. She was a victim of molestation and rape, which resulted into pregnancy at the young age of 14. Her son died at infancy. She refused to let this incident define her future. She landed a radio job in high school, and at the age of 19 she began co-anchoring the local evening news. A famous Oprah quote is “Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.” In 2013, she was honored by US President Barack Obama the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and has received honorary doctorate degrees from Duke and Harvard.

Nicknamed the “ET Hip Hop Preacher for his unique style and high energy presentation, Eric Thomas is an American motivational speaker, author and minister. He is the CEO of his own consulting firm, Eric Thomas & Associates, LLC. He dropped out of school due to a difficult relationship with his family, and left home at an early age. His childhood and teenage years were spent in Detroit, Michigan and he was homeless at one point in his life. His life changed however when he met with a preacher and was inspired by him to turn his life around. He went back to school at Oakwood University eventually earning his bachelor’s degree. Leslie Brown is an American motivational speaker, author, radio DJ, former television host, and former politician as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives. Born on February 17,1945, in Miami, Florida. He is widely known for his ability to build camaraderie with people from all facets of society. Being labeled a “slow learner” growing up, he faced many challenges and setbacks due to his reputation. He did not let the opinions of other people dictate his life and went on to be a member of the Ohio House of Representatives. Arguably the most popular motivational speaker in the whole world. He was born on February 29,1960, in the glitz and glamour of Los Angeles, California. He had an abusive and chaotic childhood that led to him leaving home at the age of 17. Originally when starting out in the world of motivational speaking, Robbins was promoting seminars for Jim Rohn. He later decided to begin his own journey hosting his own seminars. He talks about overcoming fears, strengthening communication, improving and maintaining relationships, attaining more wealth, and staying fit and healthy. He actually dislikes the term “Motivational speaker” and prefers to describe his profession as a “Peak Performance Coach”.
